Guitarist Giacomo Fiore performs his recent work Lost Horse Wash Drone for guitars, electronics, and field recordings (Other Minds Records, OM-1042-2) Composed while in residence at the Lou Harrison House in Joshua Tree, the piece articulates as five modal meditations in just intonation, reflecting on the environmental beauty and fragility of the desert environment and inviting a conversation between outside and inside sounds.
